Deep Creek is a deed-restricted community located within Punta Gorda.   As many of the homes are less than 15 years old, it is one of the newest  communities in Charlotte County.   Deep Creek is divided into two sections -Section 20 to the north of Sandhill Boulevard and Section 23 to the south - and each has its own set of deed restrictions,  Property Owners Association, and Board of Directors. 
 
Deep Creek is located near parks, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making it a wonderful fit for families and retirees.  In addition to its close proximity to I-75, the community offers residents for boating and fishing since many homes are located on or have access to freshwater lakes and canals.  One can also enjoy year-round golf at the Deep Creek Golf Club, which features a +6,000 yard course, or spend a day hiking and horseback riding at the Deep Creek Preserve.
