Seminole Lakes
Seminole Lakes is a gated, deed-restricted community, consisting of 493 homesites located around Seminole Lakes Golf Course and Country Club. It is a unique community when compared to many others in Florida as it offers affordable greens and clubhouse fees, but does not require monthly dues or food minimum.
Residents enjoy an 18-hole, par 62 golf course, as well as clay and hard court tennis. The Tennis Center presents several tennis related activities throughout the year and new teaching techniques to help players improve their skills and take their game to the next level.
Amenities normally found in larger private communities are also available at Seminole Lakes, including a club house, fitness center, dining room, pool and poolside bar.
